Many people turn to life coaches when they reach the crossroads in their lives. It can be a career change, getting back to work after having a child, health deterioration, an illness, or challenges in family relationships. Some are lucky to be able to discuss their problems with friends, but it doesn’t work or isn’t appropriate in plenty of situations.

When you pair up with a life coach, you get space and time to think and talk through your concerns with no need to reciprocate or worries it might affect your relationship.
