Welcome to Awe & Wonder, Parenting with Calm. I help mums transition into motherhood (first, second, third time...) by creating beautiful & meaningful groups where there is space to create magical connections.

I believe maternity leave is so precious and you and your baby deserve the very best and that your relationship with your baby should remain calm as they grow into toddlerhood and beyond. To support you I offer a range of baby classes as well as workshops, in areas that you may find stressful such as weaning, sleep, toileting and behaviour.

Bath Babies ~ Water Massage & Sensory Play (6 weeks - 6 months approx)

A 5 week term on Thursdays at Great Barton, Bury St Edmunds. 

A revolutionary and unique class (I am one of the very first trained and leading classes nationally) so much more than just a bath as we learn holds, strokes and movements - plus so much more to empower you for many more years to come. I trained with my own daughter when she was 6 weeks old and now 10 months we still use all these skills which is especially useful for when she is unsettled. 

''Well what can I say the most beautiful baby class not only centered around baby but that gives you as a mum a moment to just pause and breathe. The mix of a relaxing, gentle, warm bath with some therapeutic toys to introduce to baby, to learning massage techniques alongside time to check in with yourself, everyone leaves feeling super relaxed and recharged. The opportunity to talk about relevant topics and feel you are not in this motherhood season alone is so needed and appreciated. My 4 month old and I throughly loved the class. Thank you ❤️''

Sensory & Messy Play - 8 weeks to walking 

Great Barton, Bury St Edmunds

We provide a calm, enriching, hygge and natural environment for your baby to develop all seven senses. Everything is carefull planned for a baby led and uniterupted play to build your babies brain kindly. We don't do loud, over stimulating and entertainment so if you are looking for something to help your baby sleep and give you lots of great opportunities for play at home - come to play with us. Messy Play is all about sensory integration, bonding and texture play. It doesn't always mean wet and messy, messy and you can decide what is right for your baby. We always use dairy free etc when necessary to ensure your baby is included.
