Sleep is probably the most commonly discussed topic amongst new parents, and it doesn't always come easily! As a gentle sleep coach I support families from newborns to 5 years old using gentle strategies which don't include leaving your baby/child to cry alone to tackle difficulties with your little ones sleep including:
- frequent night waking
- rocking/feeding to sleep
- difficulty napping
- early waking
- establishing routines
- supporting towards independent sleep
