Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The winners will be chosen at random.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Zen Shots Ltd. reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5.The prize detailed: Photoshoot sitting fee, fine art consultation and a Pablo blended wall art collection. (Photoshoot dates to be confirmed).
6. Competition is open to new customers only within the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire area and surrounding towns.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Zen Shots Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. By entering, you are consenting to receive the latest communications from Zen Shots Photography from which you may unsubscribe from at any time.
9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any promotional material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
10. Prize and artwork to be collected from studio by customer/winner.
11. Zen Shots shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.
12. In the event that a past client enters our general social media & website competitions and is selected for the runners-up prize, they will automatically be transferred to our Past Client Offer which includes: a free 1 hour photoshoot, 10% discount.
13. This competition is not open to the employees of Toddle About or their family members.
