Terms and Conditions

Every entrant can claim a prize if they opt in to Fourwinds Photography's email list to receive news updates and offers straight to their inbox.

The Prize:

♥ A Free 1 hour Photo Shoot for your child (subject to £25 refundable deposit) ♥
♥ A Framed Photo ♥
♥ A personalised viewing where you can see all of your images on the big screen. (Within about a week of the photo-shoot) ♥
♥ One lucky winner will win a triplex leatherette photo frame inc. 3 prints ♥

  1. Submission of entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize is subject to availability
  3. All sessions are held at the Fourwinds Photography Studio at NN7 1AD
  4. The family shoot must take place before the end of September 2020.
  5. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash prize.
  6. A fully refundable £25 reservation fee will be taken at booking to confirm your prize session. This will be refunded at your viewing session (the second session), provided you turn up at the agreed times for both sessions.
  7. The prize will be automatically void if sold.
  8. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  9. Winner will be chosen at random.
  10. This competition is not open to the employees of Toddle About or their family members.
  11. The prize is provided by Fourwinds Photography and Toddle About is not responsible for the delivery of the prize.
  12. Toddle About may share your contact details with the competition sponsor Fourwinds Photography Services Ltd.

Fourwinds Photography Terms and Conditions

  1. Offers and promotions are non transferable in either cash or alternate products.
  2. Upgrades may be available subject to specific offers.
  3. Promotions and offers are available to single households unless stated in a specific offer.
  4. Single household is a single post code address, including flats and tenancy occupation.
  5. We Reserve the right to charge booking fees at our discretion which may be offset against products purchased.
  6. Booking fees are non refundable.
  7. 72 hours are required at a minimum for re-scheduling appointments.
