A mum of two boys, and pre and postnatal fitness specialist. I run group classes, personal training, online courses and events, helping women build the strength and resilience they need as a mum.
I work with women to help them improve diastasis recti (stomach muscle separation), return to running, reduce injuries and feel better equipped mentally to handle the ups and downs of motherhood.
