Hi, I am Catherine and I have been a health play specialist in the NHS for nearly 15 years. I founded The Confident Patient Project to support your child, whatever their age, with their healthcare experiences in the comfort of your own home. I offer support and preparation for future appointments and procedures as well as debriefs for previous challenging experiences. My aim is to help your child take ownership over their medical experiences and give them the confidence to walk into their next appointment feeling empowered.
