Sea Beasts Fitness offers engaging and varied fitness classes for children ages 2.5-12. From skipping to squats, kids will practice functional movements and get fit all while having fun in a safe and encouraging group environment. Sessions are taught by Coach Chaz, a L1 CrossFit Trainer, former Primary School Teacher, and mum to her very own Sea Beast athlete.
