Rugbytots is the first UK rugby specific play programme for young children, both boys and girls that are 2 to 7 years.
The main aim of Rugbytots is fun. The sessions are designed to increase children's basic motor skills such as balance, agility, and hand/eye coordination in a fun and energetic environment at the same time as encouraging social skills such as sharing, team work and taking turns. The classes are structured to teach and develop ball related skills that could be utilised in many sports. We use rugby as the medium to teach these skills. Our classes are the perfect springboard for the children to progress onto Rugby clubs, school teams, etc
