My popular 3-week parent & baby reflexology classes are perfect for babies from 4 weeks to walking, covering natural ways to ease colic, teething, and digestive discomfort. Whether you join me for a group class or prefer one to one sessions, you will receive a wonderful free goodie bag including guidance booklets so you can continue the bonding at home.
As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I am delighted to offer pregnancy reflexology to help expectant mums rest and rebalance, as well as postnatal reflexology to support your recovery. These treatments can either be at my tranquil clinic in Wickham Market or I do offer a mobile reflexology in Suffolk for a private treatment in the comfort of your home.
