Nursery Provision at Sibford Gower Endowed Primary School

Our Early Years Unit is situated within a small rural primary school in extensive and beautiful grounds, and is part of the Warriner Multi Academy Trust. 

We offer provision for children from the term after their third birthday.  Within our dedictaed Early Years environment, which consists of an extensive, well resourced classroom and secure outdoor learning area, we provide an education for our youngest children from ages 3 to 5. The learning environment and our supportive, child-centred approach is shaped wholly around the principles of the Early Years Framework (Sept 2021). It incorporates a rich and varied thematic curriculum, thoughtfully planned and implemented by our experienced and caring staff, consisiting of qualified teachers and Level 3 Teaching Assistants.

Our nursery provides an excellent start for all children. For those families whose children continue at our school after the early years, it provides the opportunity for us to get to know you and your child early, identifying and responding to emerging learning needs and providing consistency in their learning journey. Children are supported to build strong relationships with familair adults who understand them and encourage them. They are supported to develop their social skills and early friendships that continue throughout their time with us, and beyond.
