A unique physiotherapist designed functional fitness programme for mammas to enjoy with their little one whilst seeing real results.

The Mamma Cubs programme is the perfect way to maximise your maternity leave by taking the time to invest in yourself. Our mammas receive a personalised, physiotherapist led experience, whilst also benefiting from meeting other like minded mammas in our friendly groups.

The emphasis of the Mamma Cubs programme is to maximise strength and range of movement.  We aim to avoid future issues related to the repetitive loading tasks of motherhood. For example, manual handling of heavy car seats and prams, repetitive bending, lifting, crouching down and prolonged static feeding positions.

Our classes are run by experienced physiotherapists with the skills to make all our mammas feel stronger and more flexible. Our mammas feel ready to take on the challenges of motherhood without worrying about injury, joint and muscle pain.

In our classes, we have a play co-ordinator on hand to help entertain the little ones, whilst you stay within sight and in charge.  We always make time in our classes to unwind and make new connections.

Our classes are for all levels of abilities and are generously timed so there is no rushing and plenty of time to exercise and unwind. If you have any questions please contact us. We can’t wait to meet you!
