Fun and engaging sessions that capture children's imaginations and take them on a magical story adventure each week.
What can you expect?
Lots of stories, lots of fun, lots of giggles, lots of dancing and lots of exploring.
Each session includes two stories, catchy songs to dance along to and a fun outdoor activity.
Sessions are mixed age so perfect for little ones from 6 months old up to 5 years old. Everything is differentiated so that you and your little ones can enjoy the class it at their level.
Why choose me?
As a fully qualified Primary school teacher, with 15 years experience in the classroom, I am very passionate about reading and books. I take a lot of pride in making stories fun and put a lot of enthusiasm and voices into my story telling. Reading to children at a young age is brillaint for their communication and language development. It also helps to build listening skills, concentration and memory pathways.
Why do the sessions have an outside element?
Being outdoors is great for everyone’s mental wellbeing and allows the children freedom to roam and explore their surroundings in a safe way. For the activities we gather things from the outdoor space. These activities help build the childrens gross and fine motor skills, as well as their hand eye co-ordination. It also allows opportunties to introduce language about colours, size and describing words such as spikey, soft etc to your childrens vocabulary.
How can you join the fun?
