Basing Beans
We are a volunteer run playgroup offering parents and carers of children up to five years an opportunity to come together, build friendships and be involved in a range of fun activities. Our sessions include story time, craft activities, reading corner, free play, snack time and singing.
All with the aim of helping children grow in confidence, make new friends and learn new skills. It’s also a great opportunity for parents and carers to make friends, particularly those looking to join a supportive network with focus on the welfare of young children. We tailor our sessions to celebrate the seasons and various events throughout the year.
Basing Beans is open during term time on Tuesdays from 10am until 11.30am. Children from 0-5 all welcome. £3.00 for up to 2 children, £1 extra for each additional child, babies under 6 months are free, no booking required, just turn up and we will make you very welcome!
