Jas is a mum of three and a Holistic Sleep Coach working with parents to improve their baby or child's sleep (0-9 years).

Jas' approach supports many common issues including night waking, transitioning from contact naps to cot naps, supporting a child settle with another carer/parent, bedtime battles and night weaning to name a few.

In today's society, it has become normal to follow traditional sleep training methods (e.g., 'Cry it Out'). Mothers may feel pressurised to do so due to their conflicting priorities and need for more sleep and flexibility with where and how their child sleeps.

By setting realistic expectations of their child's sleep, Jas empowers parents to be confident in understanding their little ones sleep cues and needs. Jas offers a personalised approach to the families I work with, bearing in mind little one's development phase, temperament, personality and child/mothers mental health.

Jas works towards the family's goals and child's sleep needs - not society's expectations!
