Head to Ickworth Estate, a National Trust property nestled in the Suffolk countryside, just outside Bury St Edmunds. Perfect for families and little legs, there are buggy accessible paths leading from the car park, an outdoor play area, two cafés with high chairs and baby change. Bring your little ones balance bike or you can hire one from us (see website for opening times) for £3 for two hours. We also have bikes and trailers for hire if you wish to explore further in the parkland. There are plenty of perfect picnic spots and children's activities run during school holidays.
Admission is free for National Trust members or starts at £12 per non-member adult and £6 per child. Under 5s are free.
