Happy Kids Yoga Reading offers joyful, mindful movement for children, combining playful yoga, breathing techniques and creative storytelling to nurture confidence, calm and wellbeing. Led by Hannah, a passionate, child-centred instructor and mum, the sessions are warm, engaging and structured to support both emotional resilience and physical health.
