Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity
Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive for life-changing treatments.
Every day, young lives hang in the balance as patients, families and staff battle the most complex illnesses. Every day, the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs that change the lives of thousands of children – and change the world.
Through fundraising events, like RBC Race for the Kids, we can help to fund pioneering research into life-changing treatments, state-of-the-art technology that helps save young lives, vital patient family support services and wellbeing services for GOSH’s superhero staff. Money raised can also go towards the creation of new child-focused surroundings at the hospital to help children feel safe and calm during their appointments and treatments.
RBC Race for the Kids may not be taking place at London's Hyde Park this year but, for the first time ever, it's going virtual!
Race your own way on 17-18 October - it's a virtual event for all ages and abilities. Choose from between a 2.5k, 5k, 10k or a distance of your own choice and run, walk, wheel, skip or scoot the distance, wherever you are, to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSH Charity).
With many of GOSH Charity's major fundraising activities cancelled due to COVID-19, any support you can give means you'll be making a huge difference to seriously ill children and their families at the hospital. They still need us and we need you, now, more than ever.
