Hi I'm Ginny, a breastfeeding mum of two and trained postnatal doula and infant feeding coach. I work with new parents across Colchester and the surrounding areas to create the best postnatal experience for them.
I offer breast and bottle feeding support for new parents to help them in both pregnancy and once baby is here to get their feeding journey off to the best start. I also provide check in sessions with parents to give them tips on positioning and latch during a feed as well as provide advice and peace of mind.
As a doula I can support new parents at home offering feeding support, help with older siblings, take baby while mum naps or takes some time for herself, provide a listening ear to unload, or signposting to other support services. I can also offer assistance with leaving the house or attending appointments.
