Our Baby Bumpkin Wrigglers classes combine baby massage, yoga, music and multi-sensory activities to enable mums to bond with their babies, whilst encouraging their little ones to stretch and move. Techniques are taught to help relieve digestion discomfort such as wind, constipation and colic and classes are shown to improve sleep
