Hi my name is Lisa and I am an accredited baby massage teacher trained by the NHS, where I have worked for the past 14 yrs.
At present I am running baby massage courses in Northampton and Daventry for babies 6 weeks to crawling. I am offering a 5 week course which lasts for 45 mins each session. I can also provide 1-1 and group sessions in your own home, please contact me for details. Within each sesssion I will concentrate on a differnet part of the body, gradually building up to a full massage sequence.
During the 5 weeks you will learn about the origins and many benefits of baby massage for both you and your baby. You will learn the strokes and sequence to confidently massage your baby as part of a daily routine, also how to use massage to alleviate certain ailments, such as reflux, colic and constipation to name just a few.
