Based in Rugby, Warwickshire, I offer compassionate support as a birth and postnatal Doula. I am an antenatal educator, independent childbirth educator, and certified Hypnobirthing instructor. I teach both group and 1-to-1 classes in the Rugby and Daventry areas.
Courses I offer include NCT, Lamaze, Little Birth Company Hypnobirthing, and Mindful Breastfeeding. I’m passionate about helping parents feel informed, confident, and empowered through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenting.
