Hi, I'm Debbie and I am a Pregnancy and Birth Coach specialising in Hypnobirthing and Mindfulness in Bury St Edmunds and live online.

I teach both Group and Private courses and coaching sessions including refresher courses and hypnocesarean sessions. My aim is to help you to have that positive birth experience you want, reducing the need for medical intervention and ensuring a smooth and positive birth experience

I have been teaching and supporting pregnant couples since 2013; at the last count I had supported over 350 couples.
