Baby Bubble Northants offers affordable classes for mums and babies, all baby-led and age appropriate. All classes are carried about by a fully qualified and insured baby massage instructor - Georgia.
Most classes are over a term of 5 weeks, with the occasional shorter term of 3 weeks available. During a typical 5-week baby massage term, I will cover a variety of infant massage techniques from head to toe during class. You will learn about the benefits of baby massage, one of them being it will encourage bonding between you and baby. Baby massage can also help soothe and prevent colic, constipation, and trapped wind.
During a typical 5-week baby signing term, I will cover a variety of baby signs from basic needs to family and animals. You will learn about the benefits of baby signing, one of them being it will encourage and aid with verbal communication, helping to bridge the gap between words and actions between you and your baby. Baby signing can also help to reduce stress and frustration in babies in children when communicating across their wants and needs.
Classes are held during term time only. Baby massage is for babies from 6 weeks old to crawling and baby signing is for babies 6 months old+.
