At Accelerate Empowerment we provide mentoring for young girls to build self confidence, resilience and mental wellbeing.
We also support parents by offering Transformational Parent Coaching sessions with a certified parenting coach. We help support you through everyday parenting challeges and aim to help you cultivate a calm and connected relationship with your children.
Paula Sampson Lawrence is a Certified Parent Coach and is our lead girls mentor. She is also a mum of 4 children. She is passionate about positive and conscious parenting.
Our session take place virtually so we have a range of times and days available to suit many schedules.
We offer 60 minute 1:1 sessions and also group coaching.
We also provide in person creative and inspiring empowerment workshops in Milton Keynes.
