Review: The Big Christmas Adventure
Now here is a Christmas Adventure your little ones won’t forget!
We’ve been invited to the Big Christmas Adventure at Trinity Park which is now on until Wednesday 21st December from 3pm until 8pm.
We’ve arrived early at opening at 3pm and that probably a smart idea as I spotted quite long queue so make sure you get there early.
There is a lot to experience for all ages. If your child likes bouncy castles like our boys (6 and 11 years) then you’re definitely at the right place. I’ve never seen so many varieties of bouncy castles and slides in one place but remember, this is an outdoor event and children will have to remove their shoes to bounce so double layer socks to keep those toes warm and cosy are recommended.
The kids can enjoy fairground rides, rock climbing, a movie tent, crazy golf, a bouncy snow dome and even a rodeo reindeer. For all train lovers, you will not be disappointed - a train ride is also included.
The highlight was visiting Santa’s magical Grotto the cheeky elves and Santa himself (yes, he is one of the good ones!) who took time to sit with the children and handed out presents. Luckily both boys have been on the ‘nice list’ this year. They were given a heart which they can then take to Santa’s toy factory where they got to choose and stuff their own teddy and make a wish.
The boys particularly enjoyed this experience.
The Christmas experience wouldn’t be complete without the Grinch. He is lurking, waiting to steal presents and being very cheeky. He gave some of the children quite a scare but we thought he was absolutely hilarious.
We’ve had a magical time and can highly recommend visiting. Check out our full video on Instagram.
Kids under 14 can ride all day for just £9.99, and tickets to the Santa’s grotto including the child’s own bear start from £15.99. Tickets for adults are just £3, and that includes a FREE hot drink.
