Review: Geo Mono Grey Snüz Pouch, from £36.95

I was really excited to be able to review the SnüzPouch Sleeping Bag as I have been using sleeping bags for a few months already with my little boy but haven’t yet used this brand or design. It arrived in eye catching purple packaging that had a reassuring ‘British Safety Tested’ tick as well as a Silver award from Best Baby and Toddler Gear 2017 which all seemed very promising. On the back of the packet was a visual guide to choosing the right tog for your baby as well as a particular useful ‘What to wear guide’ The design we sampled was called ‘Geo Mono’ and felt really on trend with many interior design Instagram posts that I follow. I thought it looked really modern and would coordinate with a great variety of nursery decors, I do know that SnüzPouch also do a range of other lovely designs.

On opening the SnüzPouch the quality of the cotton fabric felt extremely soft and cosy. The stitching was of a high quality too with easy to open poppers to wrap over baby’s shoulders and a zip at the side gives the main access to the bag. The main selling feature of this product to me is the semi circular zip at the front of the sleeping bag that allows easy access for any nap or night time nappy changes without disturbing baby, this is something that I have struggled with in the past. I believe that this special feature is patent pending. Luckily, as the weather has turned autumnal we got to use our 2.5 tog bag on our first night back from holiday, my boy slept really well so it got the approval from him! It is available in either 0-6 months or 6-18 months and depending on the season you can get either 1 tog or 2.5tog. Thanks for the opportunity to review this product. I think this product is well worth the price tag and I will consider purchasing it as a new baby present in the future as I think other parents would appreciate it (especially first time mums).
