Felt Animal Bookmark Craft Activity

These felt animal bookmarks take minutes to make and are so fun! Perfect for you to create with your child for some lovely bonding time.

YOU WILL NEED:

• Scissors
• Hot glue gun
• Felt scraps
• Pattern template
• Craft eyes
• Ribbon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download pattern templates here, then print and cut them out. 

1. Using the pattern templates, cut out the pieces you'll need from felt scraps.

1. Hot glue the details (eyes/nose/teeth) to the front circle.

1. Hot glue ribbon and any ‘sticky out’ pieces like horns, ears, fins etc onto the back circle.

1. Glue the front circle onto the back circle, sandwiching the ribbon and other pieces in between.

1. Trim ribbon to your preferred length for the bookmark. 10-12" works for most chapter books. 
2. Glue the ribbon-bottom detail (apple, star, heart etc.) on each side of the ribbon at the bottom of the bookmark.
