WEEKEND WILDLIFE WALK
16th of July 2023 from 12:30 to 2:30pm at Ryton Pools Country Park
Come and join Ryton Pools’ expert rangers for a guided wildlife walk around the park. These walks are a wonderful way to learn more about Ryton’s numerous bumblebees and butterflies, as well as any other wildlife we see along the way.

GET MUCKY, GET MAKING!
27th of July until 31st of August 2023 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Compton Verney
We are rolling together the imagination of the Art gallery and the wildness of the woodland, whisking, mixing and pouring into Get Mucky, Get Making sessions. Each week will include a focus, that might be a particular material or theme. Of course, the mud kitchen, digging and bug hunting will be on offer for children to do their own thing too.

BUG HUNT

MINI FORESTERS
5th August 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at Middle Spernal
Mini Foresters is a monthly club in the Forest where children can enjoy activities in one of the wonderful woodland spaces. Each month the activities will change and reflect the seasons, the flora and fauna and the history and geography of the area. Come and join in for fires, dens, tool use, bushcraft skills, wildlife and the odd toasted marshmallow.
