MK Play Day at Campbell Park, MK: 3rd August – 11am till 4pm
MK Playday is the largest free play event held in Milton Keynes. The event provides fun, free accessible activities for all children, young people and their families across Milton Keynes as part of the nationally recognised Playday which celebrates children’s right to play and highlights the importance of play in children’s lives.
Everyone is welcome and there will be lots to keep little ones entertained from water slides to woodland play, mascots to stage performances. Bring a picnic or enjoy some hot food from the food zone.

Willen Lake Splash ‘N’ Play: 7 days a week – 11am till 4pm
Splash 'n' Play is one of the UK’s largest outdoor splash parks with over 60 unique water features, including:
- Super Splash bucket
- Water tunnel
- Sail boat
- Water cannons
- Sea Serpent
- Unique toddler area with a bespoke water journey and much much more.
Sessions run for 45 minutes and cost just £5 per child. Accompanying adults go free.

Bedford River Festival: 23rd and 24th July – Saturday: 10am till 10:30pm and Sunday: 10am till 8pm
Bedford River Festival, organised by Bedford Borough Council, is a spectacular weekend on Bedford’s Embankment, across Russell Park, Mill Meadows, St Mary’s Gardens and taking over the High Street for the first time. With exciting entertainments and activities on and off the river, live music, funfairs and more, there is something for the whole family.

Come Out and Play – Summer of Sport: From 25th July – 5th September: 10am till 4pm
The Summer of Sport programme offers plenty of fun for the whole family. Join in with the fun and games with activities like kite flying, soft archery, football and badminton to name just a few.
