Keeping Families Connected is the ethos behind the opening of a new Child Contact Centre in Thurston, near Bury St. Edmunds.
AG Contact Centre (AGCC) provides a much needed resource for supporting families with their contact needs in East Anglia.
The coronavirus pandemic has necessitated AGCC to adopt its video technology-based systems to facilitate introduction meetings and ‘virtual contact sessions’, in place of the usual face-to face interactions This is a temporary solution, to address contact needs in the current health crisis.
AGCC and its service users benefit from the wealth of experience the company has in technology based innovations in its work with children and families. AGCC comes under the umbrella of its parent company: AG Family Support Ltd. Our contact supervisors can facilitate sessions whilst safeguarding personal confidentiality needs and remaining in complete control of the virtual meeting.
AG Family Support Ltd. founders are Arthur & Emily Gajewski, a Consultant Social Worker and Child and Adult Psychotherapist. They draw on their experience to ensure that child contact services it offers through AGCC’s are of the highest quality and reflect the company’s core values: “Meaningful contact between a child and their significant others is one of the main cornerstones of a healthy identity development process. Our Contact Services ensures families have ample opportunity to achieve those fundamental needs“.
