Who am I?

I am Laura Bartley, a baby, infant, and child sleep consultant.

My main objective is to empower parents and caregivers to establish healthy sleep habits for their little ones, leading to improved sleep for the entire family. I provide expert guidance and compassionate support, tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each family.

 

Why do I do this?

Because I've been through the same challenges myself. In 2020, at the beginning of the lockdown, my husband and I had our first child. Within eight weeks, we were both exhausted, getting no sleep, and trying everything to soothe the baby to sleep all night long. It was a difficult time, and we questioned if this was what our life would be like – always tired and with a crying baby. Fortunately, we found an incredible sleep consultant who transformed our lives. In just a week, our baby started sleeping 12 hours a night and napping consistently during the day. This positive change allowed my husband and me to reclaim our lives and truly enjoy parenting.

I want the same for you - to see your family well-rested, and experiencing fewer tears, tantrums, and stress during these precious early years.

What do I offer?

I offer a range of services and packages to support you in getting your little one the sleep they need. Starting from £199, my basic package includes a personalised sleep plan tailored to suit your family's needs. Additionally, I offer a variety of baby and child sleep guides that you can download and use at home.
