Hi, I'm Gemma, the founder of The Mindful Sleep Coach. I live in South West London with my husband, two gorgeous boys and my black labrador Ziggy.
The Mindful Sleep Coach was born out of a desire to educate and support families to feel empowered to make positive sleep changes for their little ones. I work with newborns to 4 year olds. Each family is individual and has different needs which is why I will listen and create a clear bespoke plan depending on how you parent, the personality of your child and what you hope to achieve.
I offer 1:1 support packages via zoom as well as a Home Visit too if you would rather meet in person in your own home. My packages have the option of Whatsapp follow up support too so I can help guide you through any changes you are making and you can ask me any questions you may have.
The nap anxiety I felt around my eldest’s sleep was all encompassing, especially as he was born just before lockdown. Sleep and Mental Health come hand in hand and I know how overwhelming sleep can be for families.
