I teach baby classes - Baby Massage and Baby Yoga, both classes involve postnatal yoga for mums.
-
Baby massage involves gently stroking and holding your baby often using soft, rhythmic strokes on their arms, legs, tummy and back, whilst talking, singing, creating a calming and bonding experience.
-
I practice from Swedish and Indian massage traditions using oils. The two combined with gentle techniques suited to a baby’s delicate body.
- Baby Yoga Classes invovle helping babies with gentle movement and stretches that the parent is guided with. I make classes fun with lot of holds/swings which is a great benefits for the parent and baby.
- Yoga is a physical development that helps strengthen muscles, improve mobility, support coodination as baby grows.
- It also supports sensory and emotional development through gentle touch, movement and interaction with parent.
-
