I’m Sophie, a certified Parent Wellbeing Coach (Senior Practitioner accredited) and mum of two young boys. With a background in Psychology, Mental Health, and Brain Injury Rehabilitation, I bring together evidence-based psychology and coaching to support parents in feeling more balanced, confident, and fulfilled.
Through compassionate 1:1 coaching, I create a safe, supportive space for parents who may be struggling with guilt, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or the pressure of juggling work and family.
