At SHINE Brightly Well-Being we support children, families and educators to develop practical tools for calm, confidence and emotional well-being.

Through movement, mindfulness and gentle body-based practices, our sessions help people reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system and build stronger relationships with others.

Who we work with:

Children and young people who may be experiencing anxiety, low confidence, friendship difficulties, grief, school avoidance or emotional overwhelm
Families who want simple tools to bring more calm and connection into everyday life
Schools and alternative provisions looking to prioritise wellbeing for both students and staff
Women seeking space to slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves

Our approach combines a background in education with practices drawn from mindfulness, somatic regulation, yoga, breathwork and energy-based techniques. Sessions are gentle, practical and always tailored to the individual or group.

Everything we offer is grounded in the belief that when people feel safe, seen and supported, they are better able to learn, grow and thrive.
