I am a Katherine Graves trained Hypnobirthing teacher with over 3 years of exsensive experince teaching birth education and hypnobirthing to expectant couples. I am also a Norland Nanny with 15 years of working in the childcare industry, working with families and children ranging from birth onwards. With this experince i can then help you to navigate those often difficult times in the 3rd trimister with handy tips and tricks to ease you into parenthood.
I offer classes that run in 4 sessions, these can either be private 1:1 based within the comfort of your own home setting or a group class which can be held in a venue of choice or my own home. Each sessions last roughly 2 hours long and incredibly informal, i insist of many cups of tea and coffee to be consumed and plently of biscuits on hand! We leave no stone unturned when it comes to birth and preparing for it, you will come away from my classes feeling excited and confident to go on and have the best birth that is right for you.
