I offer a consultation call that discusses your child's individual 24 hour sleep tank and sleep logs and create your own sleep plan to guide you and your family to better sleep, followed by 2-3 weeks of daily whatsapp and phone support.
My sleep support packages also include dietary information, reflux, colic and infant allergy advice and troubleshooting support for the future.
By supporting and optimising your little one's safe sleep through the information you give on my comprehensive, online sleep questionnaire and via a sleep logging app (that are both simple to use) we will be working flexibly, as a team, to do what is best for your child's sleep to fit your life.
