Saturday online 10.30am till 12 noon (UK time). Drop in £20 or 6 weeks block booked in advanced £99
One on one Pre/Postnatal yoga sessions both online and face to face £50.

I also support and help women to empower from within to live pregnancy, labour and birth, and postaprtum with confidence, feeling centred, connected and calm. Coaching through yoga.
