I’m Lindsey, mum of two crazy little ones and Certified sleep consultant working with children from birth to 8yrs.
I’ve been severely sleep deprived so I know what a challenge it can be both physically and mentally when you're not getting the sleep you need. It's my mission to end unnecessary sleep deprivation and its detrimental effects on young families. Getting help with sleep was certainly the best thing I ever did and it can be for you too!
It’s my job to coach parents on how to help their babies and children to become efficient sleepers. My approach is gentle, loving and responsive and will finally put an end to your sleep issues!
I believe all families are unique and therefore all the sleep plans I devise are completely individual. My ongoing support is also available so that I can reassure and coach you through the process to get you to your final sleep goal, ensuring long-term success.
