Could you make a difference to a child's life?
Now, more than ever we need people to come forward to help and support children and young people living in Northamptonshire.
With a shortage of foster carers nationally and an increase in the number of children and young people coming into care we need anyone who has been considering becoming a foster carer to make contact.
We have 1,200 children in care in Northamptonshire who are looking for safe, loving, family homes. You could support a young person transititoning into adulthood, help keep siblings living together or even support a parent and child to reach their full potential.
There are many different types of fostering out there and something to suit many different lifestyles and circumstances.
Our team of friendly and experienced social workers are always on hand to answer any questions that you might have. We have an excellent support and training package and are committed to ensuring our foster carers are supported every step of the way so that they can do the best for the children and young people in Northamptonshire. We also offer financial support to any foster carer to help cover any costs that the child or young person may need.
If you have a spare room in your house and a big heart, why not consider fostering?
