NGA offer gymnastics to people of all ages through recreational classes, Competitive pathways, Pre-school soft play, display Gymnastics, adult Classes and Freestyle Gymnastics.
Our members range from once a week recreational gymnasts all the way through to Gymnasts competing at National level competitions.
We are predominately a Boys Club but do offer Novice girls classes.
Explore and Play at Northampton Gymnastics Academy
Our hugely popular Parent & child gymnastics explore & play sessions give parents the opportunity to have fun with their pre-school aged children in a safe and stimulating gymnastic environment.
During the session the whole gym is open to explore, from swinging on the rings and bars to jumping around the air floor and bouncing on the trampoline there is lots to explore even for those little ones not quite on the move yet.
Sessions are suitable for all pre-school age children there is no minimum age. There is always a qualified coach in attendance to assist and advise but during this session parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
