Moments for your Mind delivers personal training for your wellbeing. It facilitates self-growth by identifying core challenges and blocks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence.

Working from the inside-out to create mental health and wellbeing, in a space to be in the here and now.

Using a therapeutic approach with a life-coaching structure to facilitate real change and personal growth - to get You back to Yourself.

Full one hour sessions are held at the Moments for your Mind  Wellness Studio in a picturesque village in Oxfordshire (10 minutes from Banbury, 20 minutes from Deddington, 25 minutes from Chipping Norton) or Online, via Zoom
