Mini First Aid provide award winning classes for parents, grandparents and family members. Our Baby and Child first aid class covers how to recognise and manage an emergency situation. CPR and recovery position. Choking, Burns, Bleeds and shock. Head bumps and Fractures. Meningitis awareness and febrile convulsions.
The class is 2 hours and is taught in a relaxed and fun way. People are encouraged to ask questions share thoughts and get involved in the practical elements as much as they wish. Michelle is a registered children's nurse and has over 25 years experience looking after sick children and their families.
Classes are held at open venues and can be booked on via our website or we can also hold private classes for families or groups - this can be in your own home or venue.
We also provide first aid training for children. Our Early Years class is aimed at 3-6 years and the Kids Class is for 7-11. We have a Teens class for older children 11+ Our class meet the new 2020 UK National Curriculum Requirements.
