Hello Everyone,
My name is Mr Rumsey, I am the lead instructor at MF Martial Arts Rugby and we are offering our classes to everyone of all ages and abilites. We not just offer classes for you and your children regarding punching and kicking, we also give out chats regarding respect, self-control, self-defence, disicpline etc. Our classes at Rugby are open every Wednesday evening from 17:30pm to 19:30pm and we run two separate classes within those hours which can be found below.
Mighty Matts: 3yrs old to 6yrs old from 17:30pm to 18:15pm.
Family Class: 7yrs old to adults from 18:30pm to 19:30pm.
