I offer yoga classes for all, including pregnancy and postnatal classes and private sessions in Northampton.
Practicing yoga during pregnancy and postnatally helps you bond with your baby, build strength, connect to your body and your breath, and have time to relax.
As well as yoga, as a qualified postnatal doula I also offer a postnatal support for the first few weeks and months after your new baby arrives.
I have a welcoming and non-judgemental style and aim to empower and support you in your parenting choices. My yoga classes are inclusive of all bodies and abilities and my teaching style is invitational and creative, to make the practice work for you.
