Little Massage Mid Warwickshire provides workshops and 4 courses (first 4 weeks of the month) to parents, explaining the benefits of massage and how to successfully deliver it in babies.
Baby massage has so many benefits which range from supporting the immune system, brain & muscle development and parent-baby bonding to providing relief for colic, reflux, and constipation. Alongside learning a massage routine, you’ll be in a room with other mums to connect with, share experiences and recommendations to one another and build a little community within the local area.
At the end of each 4 course or workshop, youll receive a little keepsake gift, your own massage oil to keep and refreshments - you’ll actually be able to drink a hot drink!!
