I am offering imaginative and fun yoga sessions for children aged from 2 ½ years old. Yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques are woven together into stories, children are taken through a story by copying yoga poses!
Yoga is a wonderful activity to incorporate into nurseries; many of which have reported a positive impact on:
