Here at Little Baby Butterflies, we provide informative and relaxed baby massage classes, baby reflexology classes and baby yoga classes.
Baby massage and reflexology recommended from 6 weeks old.
Baby yoga recommended from 12 weeks upwards.
Classes are held every Tuesday morning at the Elgar Centre, Upton in Northampton and are run as 5 week courses for £50 per course. We do this so like-minded mums can form their very own friendship groups and the babies can get the very best from the course.
We strive to provide a knowledgeable, warm and welcoming environment to make both mummy and baby feel as comfortable as possibly.
