Hi! I'm Kez, Founder of Oxfordshire Hypnobirthing. I'm a birth coach & hypnobirthing teacher. I offer a range of tailored antenatal packages to suit your needs. No family, pregnancy, birth or baby are the same, so you won't find a one size fits all approach to birth prep with me! 

I'm extremely passionate about women and expectant families trusting themselves, trusting their bodies and the physiological process of birth. Allowing you to step into your full power, take full control and have the confidence to birth the way YOU want.

Having had my 1st baby in hospital and my second being a blissful undisturbed freebirth, I have come to deeply trust in birth being a physiological event, not a medical one. It works for most people, most of the time. When you have all of the information, support and trust to surrender to this life changing, life making event you can carve yourself a better path for a better birth resulting in so much more than just a "positive expeirence"! A joyful, powerful ane memorabe event. A smoother and healthier transition into parenthood and a happier, healthier baby fro mthe very start.  I bring tonnes of knowledge gained through working with many families, my own lived experiences of birth in and out of they system and from continuous training to bring you the very best support. Openess, honesty, kindness and a little laughter all run through each and every session we spend together preparing for the day you get to meet your baby.

With every package, I will be by your side every step of the way. Providing you with personal ongoing support via WhatsApp and email from booking until you've had enough of me! From power hour sessions to ask questions, finalise plans or dive deeper into a particular area of concern right through to 6 week birth coach packages, I've got you covered. I also offer payment plans and am more than happy to work to your budget to provide you witht he support you need for the birth you deserve!
